Diablo IV Vessel of Hatred | Expansion Announce Trailer

I had the wonderful opportunity to work on this beautiful full CG sunset shot for the "Blizzcon - Diablo IV Vessel of Hatred" along with my supervisor Evan Butler and Nick Hiatt. It's a pretty long shot, but I was mainly working on the end part of the shot (landscape which you see here) where I basically did the modelling, texturing, lighting, shading, layout and first pass comp.
It was really an honor to work on this one with the team of super talented artists and a great learning experience under the amazing art direction of Anthony Eftekhari and Doug Alexander. The Epic sky was matte painted by Anthony which helped a lot with getting the palette and the vibrancy in colors for the sunset look. I hope you guys enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed working on it.
