Night Time Fort Ypso - Solo: A Star Wars Story

I was responsible for the night time Fort Ypso environment shots on Solo: A Star Wars Story under the supervision of Jeff De Guzman. This was a team effort. I got an amazing model from the modeling department at ILM for the whole mountain along with the houses/huts. And we also had this amazing concept art from the art department , I believe it was from the legend himself Mr. Brett Northcutt.
As we were seeing the mountains so close from the camera , I decided to create some high res scans of few of the patches of the mountain using the on set photos and I used those patches to kitbash them on top of the existing model. I also had to do some composition changes on per shot basis and make the environment look cool in every angle. I also did the lighting, shading and rendering for these shots.
The most wide shot ( first image) of the fortypso was basically done in collaboration with this amazing artist and a dear friend Tadeusz Chmiel. He took this shot to a whole new level.
